The gardens are the soul of the Maisons Fontenille Collection, a setting of unspoilt nature. Provencal country houses from the Luberon, and Saint-Rémy-De-Provence with their hundred-year-old cedars and plane trees, to the luxuriant terraces of Santa Ponsa. In Menorca, each estate reveals its own unique landscape. In Primardnear Paris, the gardens designed by Jacques Wirtz will enchant you with their rose garden of over 250 varieties. "Authenticity, well-being, simplicity and elegance, a return to the land and an appreciation of the terroir, respect for heritage and short circuits, a sense of community, cultural discoveries... In some of the most beautiful places in Europe. At Fontenille, the wine served on our tables is our own, the olive oil used to season our dishes comes from our own olive groves, and the vegetables cooked by our chefs grow in the kitchen gardens we create on our properties. When we renovate old buildings, we surround ourselves with the best craftsmen to respect their identity and uniqueness as much as possible. It's no coincidence that we attach so much importance to the gardens that surround our homes: they are the very soul of them.
