Across France, Italy and Menorca, gastronomy brings life to our houses. Combining authenticity and refinement, each of our restaurants draws inspiration from its terroir and the local producers that surround it. A living cuisine, between land and sea, in harmony with the rhythm of nature. In keeping with our commitment to short supply chains, most of our fruits and vegetables come directly from our own gardens.

User-friendly kitchen

Set alongside the orchard at Domaine de Primard, Martin serves seasonal dishes inspired by the local produce and harvests from the kitchen garden. Enjoy generous recipes in a rural setting, just an hour from Paris.

La Table d'Hôtes

Private event

For lunch and dinner, the intimate atmosphere of the Table d'Hôtes invites you to enjoy an intimate experience: up to 14 guests around the large table for a private moment by the fire, in the Château's former kitchen. From the mid of October to the end of March, raclette dinners return on Friday and Saturday evenings.
